Hugssss

Hug Them


If someone is falling behind in life, you don't have to remind them. Believe me, they already know.

If someone is unhealthy, they know. 

If someone is struggling in their relationships or with money, with self-image, they know.

It's what consumes their thoughts each day.

What you need to do for those who are struggling is not to reprimand, but to encourage. Tell them what's good about their lives, and show them the potential that you see.

LOVE THEM WHERE THEY ARE.

When we can't see clearly for ourselves, we need others to speak greatness over us. People don't need you to tell them what's wrong with their lives, they already know.

They need you to reassure them that they can still make it right.

Sabko kyu nah mile Krishna


Har baar jab hum baat karte hai RadhaKrishna ke vishay mai, logo ko aksar kehte suna hai Krishna toh anuchit the itni raaniya hone ke bavajood Radha ke sang unki prem kahani hi sabse parishudh kyu hai? Yeh kaisa nayya hai Baaki raaniyon ke saath.. 


Baat yeh hai ki Krishna ne kabhi bhi apni raaniyon ke saath anuchit wywahar nahi kiya na unhe Radha se kam samja, the toh woh sabke kyunki sab mai woh hai Unmai hi sab hai… 


RadhaKrishna aise hi toh saath nahi hue, kaee mushkil badhao ko par kar, ek dusre ka saath de kar, Aaj woh RADHEYKRISHN bane hai.. 

Sikh yehi le li jaaye mushkilon ke aane par saath Chodh dena, isse na rishte bante hai aur na isse prem kehte hai…

School Wala Pyaar

               You know how it is said that “School ka Pyaar hamesha waise hi rehta hai”. 


Love is a beautiful feeling, and by love, I don’t mean only a love relationship that a boyfriend and a girlfriend share. Love has a lot of flavors, a lot of different types like parents love, siblings love, friends love so on and so forth. 


We all have had our first crushes and love kinda feelings in our school time and how much ever we deny it we know it started in school, which honestly isn’t such a bad thing. We as a generation, are people who are so afraid to accept what we feel, so afraid to voice our opinions or take a stand because we have the fear of being judged and why wouldn’t we be afraid our societies have their set of rules and regulations which they feel is okay to be imposed on us and we should follow them blindly. And for the society, we live in having a crush, love affair, or a relationship when you are in school equals to you being tagged a spoiled brat pointing fingers at our upbringing which is why parents are strict and honestly I don’t blame them. 


So when I say ‘School ka Pyaar I mean either a crush or a feeling that you couldn’t explain back then because of course, you were too young to understand what is love, but when you grow up you know what love feels like. We all have such busy schedules, such fast running lives we don’t get the time to sit peacefully and give a throwback to our own memories. Recently I got a few days to spare from the crazy busy schedule that my work put me into, so I had a throwback to my memories, and just like ‘Shakala Boom Boom’ Pencil thing the guy I had a crush on back in school (like my first crush ever) texted me after 4-5 years or so just simply confessing that you know I have something to tell you and so on, it was as if like we went back in time and lived that part of our lives again and it was beautiful. Back in that time, we both didn’t know that we had a crush on each other as we were told to be good kids and not think or do anything apart from studies as otherwise we would be tagged bad kids, although it’s funny now when we think of it. 


Anyhow my whole point of writing up this blog and sharing with you a personal part of my life was to explain to you that take out time for yourself, let yourself feel, take a break to look back to those beautiful memories that you created and live it. Yes, we all have busy schedules but taking out time for yourself is going to keep you sane and your mental health healthy.

I should have known I was being fooled

I should have known you are a spoiler

I should have known I was being ruled

I should have known all you could be is a destroyer


I should have known that my love for you was too pure

I should have known my heart is going to break

I should have known the pain I got had no cure

I should have known my feelings were on stake


I should have known I couldn’t ever stop loving you

I should have known the guilt I had is not what I own

I should have known at least should have had a clue

I should have known; all of it just should have known…

Physical Or Mental What Would You Choose?

         I choose both Physical and Mental Health. What’s your Choice? 


        You know, strangely, people talk about body positivity and self-love but when it comes to treating themselves they go way beyond the line. In times like these where we are in a Covid_19 situation, everything is already depressing to do we need to add more to it for ourselves? Is it worth it ask yourself? 

Honestly, I don’t understand the people who created these labels of in shape, out of shape, fair, dark, ugly. Why are these labels defining us? Each and everyone is a beautiful person, why does it matter that the beauty is inside or outside. I understand the urge of people wanting to be fit & healthy during times like these and it's good people should take care of their health but at what cost? People force themselves on hardcore diets, extreme intensity workouts, mental pressure do you think that’s healthy or helpful? 

Being a healthy person myself I do feel the need of losing some weight and becoming fit but trust me I don’t pressure myself, I have my process and that is how I go by it. But all of that is just for me being able to do certain things I wish to do that I probably can’t at the weight I am now. Also being a counselor and promoting mental health the most I have never take all this on my mental health. 

Everyone out here is trying to go from fat to fit or unhealthy to healthy, but in that process are you thinking about what you are putting yourself through mentally? Trust me when I say this there isn’t anything in the world worth without your mental health in place. 

So guys do everything that your heart tells you not what the “SOCIETY” tells you, but also doing with love and passion for yourself. Take care of yourself both physically and mentally.

Friendships Or Labels

  You know friendships are a very integral part of each lives, our thought process, our behaviour, our point of view, our habits all of this does have a huge impact on the kind of people we are surrounded by. You know honestly no friend is a bad friend because each have their own characteristics we have to decide which to adapt. Some are your best friends, some good friends, some 3am friends, some are friends with benefits, some are just friends, some are friends, Uffffffff ! We have so many labels to put, why is that, why do we label our friends? To what does it accomplish? You know I agree we have different people in our lives to make us feel differently but is it necessary that we label them in our convinces according to the quality we like the best about them? No, we shouldn’t when we call someone our friend we should be ready to accept them in whole, we cannot just accept the good parts and leave them alone for the bad ones, isn’t that selfish? Think about it what is the point of making friends when you are so selfish to take in their goods but not their bads. There are a lot of things friends do together, lot is secrets they share, lots of good & bad news they share. 

  This isn’t about what you should or shouldn’t do, this is about what friends should do for each other. My point is we stand for our friend in their good times and be so happy and feel so proud, like wise we should stand with them in the bad times too being their pillar & shoulder to cry on. It’s like when we are sad we bow to god, but when happy we tend to forget. Here when our friends are in the goods we stand by them so why not stand in their bads too. That is what a true friendship is called (whatever labelled friend you have in your life, this goes for all). This isn’t some gyaan blog or and instruction manual or guide to be a good friend it just the truth that I would love my readers to read.

You know life makes you happy,

With all the joys & sorrows as a canopy,


Life is like butter on bread,

It’s not a lesson to be read,

Phases are so complicated,

Yet so co-ordinated.

 Know how Meditation can change your behaviour.

             

                   In the world of the overload of families, work, internal pressure, we need meditation. Meditation helps develop focus, control, and regulating emotions and also learn how to pay attention inside and outside. Meditation is all about having a peaceful, calm, and a stress less mind. Meditation makes you aware of your whole body and all aspects including your emotions. It helps in increasing immunity & reducing stress. It can be a fun journey to be explored with yourself and family members i.e. meditating with your loved ones. Anybody will always be happy looking at the peaceful faces of your loved ones.


There are 5 simple ways how you can start meditation.


    1st way – Bell Meditation: Sit with criss-cross legs straight back and closed eyes. Tell someone to ring a bell for 5 minutes and concentrate on meditation rather than getting distracted by the ringing of the bell. Now just listen to the noise of the surroundings. And calm down.


    2nd way – Relaxation Song: Usually everyone loves to listen to rock music, but some people are not aware that there are so many types of music and songs. Relaxation or soft music can help you the best in meditation. You should listen to music which has just the sound of instruments. It gives peace to your mind.   

  

    3rd way – Breathe!: Take a deep breath for around 5 times. It's the best way of relaxing. It will help you to be calm and have easy breathing. Breathing in and out is a wonderful exercise for the body as well.


    4th way – Clouds Gazing: Gaze at the clouds and their movements. This will help you to improve your concentration power. The peace and happiness of gazing at the clouds is amazing.


    5th way – Dance Free: Dance free on the songs you like. This will help you lose out the stress and be free, no restrictions, no force. This is one of the best ways of relaxing (and my personal favourite). Normally people think a lot while dancing which is not the right way. When you dance you should dance free. 

                 

    These are just a few ways you can meditate. You should definitely try these for your friends and family so that you'll have a peaceful mind. It’s not necessary that meditation is only for adults, it's also for kids. It helps them to overcome the stress of studies. Let yourself free from all stress and burden. Learn the technique of having a peaceful and calm mind.
